Jason Li-Shing

Flamenco Guitar

Jason Li-Shing is a flamenco guitarist based in Los Angeles, CA.

Jason trained as a Spanish guitarist in Granada, Spain in 2015, where he was taught deep in the gypsy caves of Sacromonte by Rafael Habichuela and Antonio “El Chonico” Heredia, both distinguished players of great historical flamenco dynasties. In 2017, he pursued further studies in Madrid, Sevilla, Córdoba, and Almería under the rich and rigorous immersion of Luis Mariano and Pepe Nuñez.

One of his favorite things to do is to provide classic Andalusian ambiance and mood to any special event, and simply help share and preserve the passion of this elegant yet deeply mysterious musical tradition.
